Well, there is just one week to go now and the whelping are is all ready right outside my bedroom door!  The heat lamp is up and  towels at the ready.  Isla has been sleeping upstairs with us for the last weekso I can keep an eye on her and is quite determined to sleep on my bed and not in her choice of beds put up there for her!!! 

The pups are really lively and kicking all the time, but she is still keen to go for her woodland walks and her energy just amazes me.  She is super fit, so hopefully that will stand her in good stead for the birth. I need to get lots of early nights in this week before the big day, wish us luck!!!
